Snom technology (www.snom.com) has teamed up with Camrivox to provide a web-delivered CTI product for new and existing snom IP phone numbers. Through this partnership, CTI integration for On Demand CRM tools such as Salesforce.com is now possible with snom IP phones, regardless of the PBX infrastructure used.

Camrivox’s Flexor CTI software loads via the web onto snom IP phones and will link to the user’s CRM and Microsoft Outlook applications, providing click-to-dial, screen pop-ups and on-screen telephony control for improved customer retention and advanced business processes. snom will use Camrivox’s software on its phones as a simple and cost-effective way to integrate both CRM tools and Outlook. PBX interoperability partners – either hosted or premise-based – will be able to offer a VoIP CRM solution to channel partners without needed to complete any CRM interoperability requirements.
