TalkSwitch (www.talkswitch.com) has added a new line of IP phones and six new hybrid IP PBXs to its VS line of small-business phone systems. TalkSwitch IP phones are available in three different models and automatically configure themselves when connected to the same LAN as a TalkSwitch. The TS-480i offers 14 line appearances, dual Ethernet connection, and prices at $239; the TS-9133i at $179 provides up to seven line appearances, seven programmable keys, and dual Ethernet connection; while the the TS-9112i offers 13 one-touch feature keys and a dedicated headset connection for $119. At the top of the hybrid IP-PBX line, the new 800 series includes the 840vs with capacity for eight incoming lines, four local extensions (analog or IP), and 12 IP extensions priced at $1,495; the 844vs, with eight incoming lines, four local extensions, 12 IP extensions, and four VoIP trunks, for $1,795; and the 848vs, offering eight incoming lines, four local extensions, 12 IP extensions, and eight VoIP trunks, priced at $1,895. Additions to the 200 VS line include the 248vs, with capacity for two incoming lines, four local extensions, 12 IP extensions, and eight VoIP trunks, priced at $1,095; and the 288vs, offering two incoming lines, eight local extensions, eight IP extensions, and eight VoIP trunks, priced at $1,495. The 400 series has been expanded to include the 488vs that features four incoming lines, eight local extensions (analog or IP), eight IP extensions, and eight VoIP trunks, priced at $1,895. |
